For heat treatment applications, different types of furnace systems
exist which are designed according to processes and through-put
performance. Beside the knowledge of process technology which has to be
used professionally, one needs for the furnace systems which are
operating in a temperature range of 900° to 1300°C, high professional
know-how in case problems occur, which influence the product
respectively production results negatively e.g.:
- non-uniform temperature-distribution
- burner problems ( high wear,metaldusting etc.)
- sensor problems ( measuring error,aging etc.)
- muffle-wear ( cracks,glasing etc.)
- problems with inner transportation-systems ( chains etc.)
- door – sealing problems
- short life-time of circulation-fans
- unsufficient quenching results
- high wear at graphite-insulation and heating elements
