Geißinger is the new President of the World Association of the Bearing Industry

The World Bearing Association (WBA) has elected in Tokio on 11th of September Dr. Jürgen Geißinger, president of Schaeffler Group, to its new president.
The WBA is the main organisation of the global bearing industry, in which the american (ABMA-American Bearing Manufacturers Association), japanese (JBIA-Japan Bearing Industrial Association) and european (EBMA European Bearing Manufacturers Association) are combined. Goals of the organisation are to develop Standards also concerning environment and fight against copying activities.
